The website www.mythiasandals.gr (hereinafter referred to as "website") is the online store of the company G.KALPAKIDIS & CO P.C., with VAT number 998562828 & GEMI 014662035000, accessible to all internet users. The company's website offers footwear and bags for sale (hereinafter referred to as products) to all internet users (hereinafter referred to as users) who connect to the website and wish to be immediately informed about the products offered by our company combined with the ability to make purchases through the e-shop, always subject to the company's stock availability. Users/buyers must have reached their 18th year of age and have full legal capacity. The products are intended only for the buyer's personal use. These terms are fully compatible with current European and Greek law, while users acknowledge the company's right to modify provisions of these terms, to the extent that they do not concern legally binding obligations and without affecting established situations.

The user of the website acknowledges that they have read these terms, agree with them and undertake the obligation to comply with them.

Any copying, analog/digital recording and mechanical reproduction, distribution, transfer, downloading, modification, resale, creation of derivative work or misleading the public regarding the actual provider of the website content is prohibited. Any reproduction, republication, upload, announcement, dissemination or transmission or any other use of the Content in any way or means for commercial or other purposes is permitted only with prior written permission of G.KALPAKIDIS & CO P.C. or any other legal rights holder of the above intellectual property rights. The names, images, logos and distinctive features representing G.KALPAKIDIS & CO P.C. and/or its online store as well as their products or services, are exclusively trademarks and distinctive features thereof and are protected by Greek, community and international laws on trademarks and industrial and intellectual property and unfair competition. In any case, their appearance and display on the www.mythiasandals.gr websites should not be construed in any way as a transfer or assignment of license or right to use them.

According to Directive 2013/11/EU, which was incorporated in Greece with Ministerial Decision 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process is now provided throughout the European Union. If the customer has consumer status (i.e. a natural person acting outside a professional capacity) and has any problem with a purchase made from our Website, they can initiate the ADR process through the single pan-European platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform).

In order to carry out any transaction through the online store www.mythiasandals.gr and to place orders for company products, you will be asked to disclose some personal information. When you place an order, we will ask for your full name, the address to which the products will be sent, your landline phone number (or any other phone you wish to provide), your email address and the number, expiration date of your credit card as well as the three-digit security code.

This data is processed by the company in compliance with the application of Article 7A par. 1 (b) of Law 2472/1997, for the purpose of fulfilling the order placed by the customer and will in no way be disclosed, published or sold to third parties, unless the procedure defined by legislation for lifting confidentiality (Law 2225/1994) is initiated or any obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006. Your personal data is disclosed to the competent bank (e.g. credit card number) and DELETED from our database immediately after your order is completed, thus ensuring an even greater level of security.

The encryption is SHA and the length is 256 characters, in total the key is: SHA-256.

www.mythiasandals.gr guarantees timely customer information regarding product availability or non-availability, but bears no responsibility for their availability. www.mythiasandals.gr makes every possible effort daily to provide all required information for each product (technical characteristics, prices, etc.). However, in order to limit any errors, we would recommend that before completing any purchase, you contact us in cases where prices or any other product characteristic is beyond the usual and reasonable. The prices listed in the relevant catalogs under each product include VAT (24%), while the online store www.mythiasandals.gr reserves the right to adjust prices without being obliged to inform consumers.

Orders through the online store constitute distance sales contracts, which are governed by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994 (as currently in force) and the amendments referred to in Presidential Decree 131/2003 (Government Gazette A' 116/16.05.2003). The user has the right to place a valid order through the online store, provided they have legal capacity in accordance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (provided they have reached eighteen years of age and are not under judicial support regarding the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders can also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities. MYTHIA reserves the right to demand the return from the supervisor or guardian of any orders that may be placed by legally incapable persons.

Force Majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within the predetermined time, we will inform you via email, so that you can let us know if you wish, under these circumstances, to complete your order. MYTHIA bears no responsibility for any situation beyond its own fault and will do everything humanly possible for your best service.

In cases where you have placed an online order and upon receipt you find that some product(s) is missing from the total order, please contact us so that we can arrange all the required details and send you the products you did not receive without any additional charge.

Modification of the terms hereof: www.mythiasandals.gr reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The company undertakes the obligation to update this text for any change or addition to the terms.

In case of non-receipt of ordered goods (and if an unreasonably long period has elapsed since the order was placed), please contact a www.mythiasandals.gr representative. For your better and faster service, we would recommend that you mention the special order code that has been sent to the email address you declared during your order.
